Especially in support forums or bug trackers it often happens that you have to give the same answer several times in different requests. However, the application range of this product is not only limited to support forums or bug trackers. It covers the complete range of WoltLab Suite Core based products. The saved answers are available wherever the WYSIWYG editor is available.
With the help of this product for WoltLab Suite 3 you can create and store frequently used answers (personal notes/text blocks) in your user profile with the help of the WYSIWYG editor. But not only pure textual answers are possible. Take advantage of the strength of the attachment function1 and add e.g. pictures into the answers.
All answers stored in the user profile are available in every product, using the WYSIWYG editor and can be inserted into the editor window with just a few clicks.
1: Attachments must be included in the text as a preview or original for technical reasons. The embedded display of visual file attachments (e.g. pictures) only works if the message type where the saved reply is inserted allows attachments.
